Application and Characteristics of Modified Plastic Particles (3)

I. Modified PBT

Features: Modified PBT exhibits superior mechanical strength, electrical performance, heat resistance, and fatigue resistance, along with a low water absorption rate. It retains all its functional properties even under humid

conditions. 

Application: Widely used in solenoid valve shafts, high-voltage connectors, coil bobbins, circuit breakers, and similar components.

II. Modified PA

Features: Modified PA demonstrates excellent mechanical properties, including wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and good processability.

Application: Commonly applied in connectors, reel shafts, cover circuit breakers, coil bobbins, electronic connectors, housings for low-voltage electrical appliances, terminal blocks, and related parts.

III. Modified PC

Features: Modified PC offers outstanding electrical insulation, impact resistance, and dimensional stability across a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels.

Application: Frequently employed in mobile phone components, electricity meter assemblies, mobile phone chargers, power banks, switches and sockets, power strips, and UPS uninterruptible power supply systems.
