Product Description

PVDC for Cheese Packaging made in China resin 20 is a thermally sensitive resin which synthesized by suspension copolymerization of VDC-VC. It has a high gloss and excellent barrier properties to oxygen,odour and water vapor.  PVDC resin 20 is mainly applicated into extrusting mono-layer films through double-bubble process. The extrustion resin can be made in various color films after mixing the pigment, and its film can be widely used in sausage,Cheese Packaging.

Attention Of Using PVDC For Cheese Packaging

PVDC resin 20 is a kind of thermosensitive resin. Prolonged residence time in extruders and molds can lead to resin carbonization and decomposition, shorting the processing cycles.
If the resin is affected by moisture, it will lead to an increase in blowing film hanging materials, frequent foam breaking, and reduced product yield. Set the appropriate processing temperature on the appropriate processing machine.

Packaging And Transportation of PVDC Resin

Considering the characteristics of the product, it should be loaded and discharge lightly during transportation to prevent collision, rain, sun exposure, and pollution. Products should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse, and stacking is strictly prohibited.
The Packaging is 1Ton/Bag or 50kg/Cardboard Drum
